Secrets of a 60-Second Shower

P

When I was commuting to London, I had my morning routine fine-tuned to 20 minutes. Now I have a baby it can be as brief as 60 seconds. Here’s how to make the most of the quickest shower possible with some canny products…

Soap & Glory Pulp Friction Foamy Fruity Body Scrub £8 – gently exfoliate three times a week but without drying your skin out in case you don’t have time for moisturiser – this creamy scrub leaves skin feeling soft and supple. And a little goes a long way.

L’Occitane Almond Shower Oil £16.50 – alternate with this oil-based body wash which will similarly moisturise while it cleanses. PBG: you can also gently push back your cuticles while you’re at it – this luscious oil will soften them up.

Redken All Soft Supple Touch £14.30 – I don’t have the luxury of 10 minutes in the bath, waiting for my usual intensive hair masque to do its thing. But applying this leave-in lotion through the ends has made my hair feel exceptionally soft without weighing it down. And what could be easier than a swift spritz?
